Russian Tea Cakes

This recipe comes from Emma Radovich. I have been making these for a long time. They literally melt in your mouth! This is by far one of the simplest recipes you will come across. And the results are amazing! The company I externed with made a version of these that were equally good, but they made them HUGE! 5-6 bite cookies. Anywho, here is the recipe, I hope you all enjoy them as much as I do! =)

  •  1 cup butter
  •  1/2 cup powdered sugar
  •  2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  •  3/4 cup chopped walnuts
  •  1/4 teaspoon salt
  •  1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  •  1/3 cup powdered sugar

Combine all  ingredients, mix well. Roll dough into 1 inch balls and bake for 15 minutes in a  preheated 350 degree F (175 degrees C) oven. Once baked, roll while still hot in powdered sugar until coated. Let cool. Enjoy!
